Our second release is a homage to everything French. This misty spirit is bold yet sleek reminiscent of the fog of war. Inspired by the rebelliousness of Bonaparte, the toastiness of baguettes, the spicy Moulin Rouge and sophisticated fine wines. We have crafted this spirit using the finest Burgundy Brandy and Rivesaltes Vins doux naturel barrels.

Been Apart is made on the 3-year-old new make, providing a rich taste and allows us to age from a different start point. This captivating spirit offers spicy, yet light oak-driven flavours.
